TECHFLOW FLEXIBLES mud and cement hose
Techflow Flexibles manufacture our own bonded rubber hoses with spiral steel cable reinforcement and one-piece bonded in end couplings. The hoses are mandrel built in continuous lengths up to 62 metres and fully vulcanised to form a fully bonded body offering excellent flexibility. The range covers pressures up to 15,000psi and bore size up to 12".
Applications include Rotary Drilling, Vibrator, Mud, Cement and Hydraulic services. Special variations include integral fire resistance to Lloyds OD1000/499 at 700ºC for 30 minutes, and embedded steel helix wire protection.
